Joanna Bagniewska is a zoologist and science communicator with a PhD from the University of Oxford. She works as a senior lecturer in environmental sciences at Brunel University and is the author of The Modern Bestiary: A Curated Collection of Wonderous Wildlife. Follow her on X @JMBagniewska.
